ORDER This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India while praying for the following reliefs :-

"(1) To-Issue a writ in the Nature of "mandamus" to grant pay scale from the date of classification since 2011.

(ii) To Issue, a direction to authority to revise his Pay scale under the pay Commission and Arrears also be paid to the petitioner's. In the light of Decision of Hon'ble Apex court i.e. "Ram Naresh Rawat Vs.
