ORDER

Per: Justice Vivek Rusia

The petitioners have filed the present review petitions seeking review

of the order dated 26.11.2025 passed in Writ Appeal No.3045/2024 and

connected appeals.

2. This Court, while passing the impugned order, had already heard

Shri Narinder Pal Singh Ruprah, Senior Advocate, at length and decided the

writ appeals on merit. Each and every ground advanced by the learned Sr.

Counsel for the appellant was duly considered by this Court.

3. Review petition is not a regular remedy to challenge each and every

order passed by the court. Even the wrong order cannot be reviewed if there

is no apparent error in it. The application for review should not have been

filed in routine manner just to take one more chance to try before the same

court. It causes a burden on the litigen especially when the party is a

government institution, and also wastes the courts' valuable time.

4. In the case of Shri Ram Sahu v. Vinod Kumar Rawat , reported

in (2021) 13 SCC 1, the Hon'ble Apex Court has considered the scope of
