ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :-

"i. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be oleased to issue a writ of Mandamus directing to the respondent No.2 to consider the applications of temporary oermits of the petitioner (Ann.p/1) and issued the temporary permits in the interest of travelling public.

ii. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction to respondent No.2 which has been pleased to pass in identical Writ Petition bearing W.P.No.40185/2025 only regarding decide the application for temporary permit of the petitioner within

10 days.

iii. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case may also be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice."
