The petitioner has filed this petition challenging order dated 23/07/2019 (Annexure-P/3) passed by respondent no.2/Deputy Inspector General of Police, Gwalior, whereby the punishment of dismissal from service has been imposed on him on account of certain misconduct found proved in the departmental enquiry. He has also challenged order dated 01/11/2019 and 11/05/2021, whereby his appeal and mercy appeal have been dismissed by the Appellate Authority.
