The instant writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India takes exception to the order dated 26.03.2012 passed in revision preferred by the respondents No.1,2 & 3 by Additional Collector, District Ashoknagar thereby, dismissing the first appeal preferred by the petitioners against the order of mutation dated 30.04.2011 passed by the Tehsildar, Mungawali.
