ORDER This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"(i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent bank to immediately unfreeze the petitioner’s bank accounts.

(ii) Direct the respondent bank to provide a written and reasoned order/communication explaining the grounds of freezing of the account.

(iii) To issue any other writ or grant any other relief that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case."
