ORDER Per: Justice Vivek Rusia The petitioner has filed this present writ petition challenging the order dated 28.10.2014 (Annexure P-8) whereby the respondents Nos 1 and 2 have rejected his representation for the release of the original documents of the petitioner and have posted him to District Hospital, Jhabua, for a period of 1 year.

2. The facts of the case, in short, are as follows:-

(a) The petitioner completed his M.B.B.S in the year 2007. Thereafter, he completed his one-year internship and was awarded the degree of M.B.B.S. He then appeared in the entrance test to take admission in the Postgraduate Course, i.e., M.D./M.S., in the academic session 2010-11.
