ORDER By invoking inherent powers of this Court, the present petition has been preferred by petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS/482 of Cr.P.C. seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.46/2019 registered at Police Station Cyber Cell (Hi-Tech Crime) District Gwalior for the offence punishable under Sections 66 (C), 66 (D), 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and other subsequent criminal proceedings initiated therefrom.
