ORDER This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"1. Direct the Respondent no. 01 bank. to immediaiely de- freeze and separate the hold amount whatsoever from the petitioner’s bank account bearing No. 1747390904 with ‘Kotak Mahindra ‘Bank, Hoshangabad Branch M.P.,, IFSC:KKBK0005917.

2. Direct the respondent no. 02 to immediately proceed with the disputed amount and issue the NOC to the concerning bank.

3. Declare that the action of complete freezing the Petitioner’s account without complying Section 106(3), 107 of BNSS, 2023 and without following article 14, 19(1)(g), 21, 300Aof the Constitution of India, is illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional.

4. Award costs of this petition to the Petitioner.

5. Pass such further order(s) or direction(s). as-this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity, and good
