ORDER This is the second application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail relating to FIR/Crime No.334/2020 registered at Police Station Dhuma, District Seoni (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366A, 344, 368, 370, 370A, 276, 376(2)(n), 351(2) of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 3/4, 5/6 and 5(l)(s) of the POCSO Act and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w)(i) and 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST (POA) Act. The applicant is in jail since 14.08.2025.
