Applicant has filed this first bail application u/S.483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.321/2023 registered at Police Station Narwar, District Shivpuri (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 435, 323, 324 of IPC r/w Sections 341, 302, 427, 325, 326 of IPC and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant confined his argument to the fact that he has filed an application I.A. No.2427/2026 for interim bail on the ground of the marriage of his daughter of the of the present applicant.

It is submitted that the marriage of daughter of present applicant is going to be solemnized on 15.02.2026 and in support of his submission, a marriage card has been annexed herewith.
