Applicant has filed this first bail application u/S.483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.200/2025 registered at Police Station Station Road, District Morena (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 117(2), 125, 3(5) and 296 of the BNS and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the applicant confined his argument to the fact that he has filed an application I.A. No.3350/2026 for interim bail on the ground of death of the father of the present applicant.
Heard on I.A. No.3350/2026.
It is submitted that the father of the present applicant has expired on
04.02.2026 and his being the only sone had to perform the religious rites. Hence, he prays that on the ground of the death of the father of the applicant, he may be granted interim bail for 15 days.
Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer however, conceded to aforesaid factum of death of the father of the applicant.
Thus, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it
