Applicant has filed this second bail application u/S.483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.96/25 registered at Police Station Ambah, District Morena (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 324(4), 3(5), 115(2) of BNS & 25/27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant confined his argument to the fact that he has filed an application I.A. No.2485/2026 for interim bail on the ground of the niece of the present applicant.

Heard on I.A. No.2485/2026.

It is submitted that the marriage of niece of present applicant is going to be solemnized on 10.02.2026 and in support of his submission, a marriage card has been annexed herewith. Hence, he prays that on the ground of marriage of the niece of the applicant, he may be granted interim bail for ten days.

The fact of marriage of the niece of the present applicant was verified by the counsel for the State.
