Present appeal is preferred by the appellant under Section 2 (1) of The Madhya Pradesh Uchcha Nyayalaya (Khand Nyaypeeth Ko Appeal) Adhiniyam, 2005 seeking limited relief for payment of interest on the delayed payment of commission, which was granted after the order dt.06.05.2024 passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.1037/2005.

3. Learned Writ Court vide order dt.06.05.2024 passed in W.P.No.1037/2005, allowed the writ petition filed by the appellant/petitioner thereby setting aside the order impugned therein
