ORDER

1. They are heard. Perused the case diary / challan papers.

2. This is first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (439 of Cr.P.C.) as he/she is implicated in connection with Crime No.1681/2025 registered at Police Station Banganga, Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Section 331(6), 115(2), 296, 351(3) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act. The applicant is in custody since 17/12/2025.

3. The allegation against the applicant is of assault after entering into the house of the complainant.

4. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the involvement of the applicant is highly doubted and the FIR has been lodged after a delay of around 7 days and there is no material available on record to connect the applicant with the offence except oral allegations. It
