This first application has been filed by the applicant under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.650/2025, registered at Police Station - Alot, District Ratlam(M.P.) for offence punishable under Sections 64(2)(m), 137(2), 96, 351(3), 296, 3(5), 70(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 5(L)/6 of POCSO Act. Applicant is in judicial custody since 18.10.2025.
