ORDER

1] They are heard and perused the case diary/challan papers.

2] This is the second bail application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as he / she is implicated in connection with Crime No.87/2025, registered at Police Station Heera Nagar, Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Sectiond 109, 296, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. The applicant is in custody since 02.03.2025. Applicant's first bail application-M.Cr.C.No.32681/2025 was dismissed by this Court on 04.08.2025, with liberty to renew the prayer after the injured persons are examined in the trial court.

3] Allegation against the applicant is of assault.
