ORDER This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 02.03.2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge Seonda District Datia in Criminal Revision No.92/2015 whereby the criminal revision preferred by the petitioners against the order dated 06.08.2012 passed by learned Sub Divisional Magistrate in case No. 24/133 Cr.P.C./2005-06 was dismissed affirming the said order.

2. In brief, the facts of the case, the respondent No. 1 filed a complaint before respondent No. 2, stating that she is a resident of Ward No. 2, Indergarh, located south of the petitioner’s house.
