ORDER This petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

"i) That, the respondents may kindly be directed to modify the order dated 7.6.2008 extending the benefit for regularization w.e.f. the date when the incumbent juniors has been regularized, with a further direction to the respondents to extend all consequential benefits to the petitioner as has been extended to the Respondent No.4 including seniority and arrears of salary alongwith interest @

12% p.a., in the interest of justice.

ii) That, any other relief which is suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner including the costs throughout may also be granted."
