ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the description of respondent No.1 has been incorrectly mentioned as Axis Bank Limited whereas the same ought to have been IDFC Bank. He prays that he may be permitted to amend the cause title of memo of petition.

2. Prayer is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to amend the name of respondent No.1 in the memo of petition. Let the same be done during course of the day.

3. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"a) Allow the present writ petition.

b) Issue a, order or direction quashing the impugned action of the respondents whereby the Petitioner's bank account ending with digits 1616 has been put under lien and thereafter completely frozen pursuant to to NCRP Complaint No. 31112250263830.

c) Direct the Respondents to forthwith remove the lien amounts of 8,000/-

and 1,093.45/- and
