ORDER The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India making a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3-State Transport Authority of Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior (M.P.) to consider and decide the petitioner's application (Annexure P/3), as per Clause 9 of reciprocal agreement which is executed between State of Maharashtra & State of Madhya Pradesh.

2. It is a case of the petitioner that an application in respect of change of vehicle on stage carriage permit for plying the vehicle from Malegaon (Maharashtra) to Burhanpur (M.P.) has been filed by the petitioner which is pending consideration and has not been decided till date.
