This criminal appeal under Section 374 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 is preferred being aggrieved by the judgment dated 30.11.2022 in SPL(NDPS) Case No.200041/2003 passed by Special Judge appointed under Section 36(2) of NDPS Act, 1985 for Special Court, Ratlam (M.P.) whereby the appellant/accused has been convicted under Section 25 r/w Section 15(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985 and has been sentenced to undergo 10 years R.I. with fine of Rs.1,00,000/-

with default stipulations
