ORDER This is second application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) filed by the applicant for grant of bail. His first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive afresh after filing of challan vide order dated 17.01.2026 passed in M.Cr.C.

No.3468 of 2026 by this Court.

2. The applicant has been arrested on 07.01.2026 in connection with Crime No.02/2025 registered at Police Station Janakganj District Gwalior for offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 296, 118(1), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS further added Section 117(3) of BNS.
