O R D E R Per: Justice Pushpendra Yadav By way of this review petition, the petitioners are seeking review of order dated 06/11/25 passed in W.A.No.2856/25 whereby writ appeal filed by the petitioners herein has been dismissed by affirming the order passed by learned Single Judge dated 22.07.2025 passed in W.P.No.13173/21.

2. Brief facts of the case are that husband of the petitioner was working as Chokidar in Work Charged Establishment in the respondents/department. He died in harness on 02.07.2012. After delay of more than 4 years, the petitioner No.1 filed an application for compassionate appointment on 28/12/2016.
