ORDER This criminal revision has been filed under Section 397 read with Section

401 of Cr.P.C., 1973 r/w Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 challenging the order dated 01.06.2023 passed in MJCR No.167/2021 by Principal Judge, Family Court, Neemuch whereby an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month has been awarded in favour of revision petitioner no.1/wife and Rs.2,500/- per month has been awarded in favour of revision petitioner no.2/daughter from the date of order. Hence, this revision has been preferred for enhancement of the maintenance amount.

2. The revision petitioner no.1 was marred to respondent on 30.04.2013 at Indore city and petitioner no.2 took birth in July, 2014 out of the wedlock. An application for maintenance was preferred on 01.12.2021 alleging neglect in maintenance, inability to maintain themselves and sufficiency of means of husband claiming Rs.50,00
