ORDER

1] This is the applicant's first application under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail as he/she is apprehending his/her arrest in connection with Crime No.246/2025, registered at Police Station Kamlapur, District-Dewas (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 296(a), 318(4), 329(3), 351(3),61(2) of BNS, 2023.

2] The allegation against the applicant is of his involvement in the aforesaid case of fraud. It is alleged that the applicant had entered into an agreement to sale his land to the complainant for a consideration of Rs.30,00,000/-, and its sale deed was also executed on 13.05.2022, and its possession was also given to the complainant.
