ORDER This criminal revision is preferred under section 102 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 challenging the order dated 12.11.2024 in criminal appeal no.164/2024 by Session Judge, Barwani arising out of order dated 18.10.2024 by Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Barwani whereby the application of the child in conflict with law in relation to crime No.414/2024 registered at police station Sendhwa district Barwani (M.P.) has been rejected and the child in conflict law has been denied to be handed over on supurdgi to his father.

2. Facts in brief are that child in conflict with law was produced before the Juvenile Justice Board, Barwani in connection with crime no.414/2024 registered at police station Sendhwa, district Barwani (M.P.) under sections 103(1), 238(A)

and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 Act, 1985.
