ORDER

1] They are heard and perused the case diary.

2] This is the applicant's first bail application filed under Section

483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/ Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is implicated in connection with Crime No.143/2024 registered at Police Station Kanadiya, District- Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 294, 506, 34 of the IPC. The applicant is in custody since 6/4/2024.

3] The allegation against the applicant is of attempt to murder, whereas the allegation of causing knife injury to the injured is against co-accused Anshul. Against the present applicant, the allegation is that he hurled a stone at the injured, which hit him on the right elbow.

4] Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is lodged in jail since 6.4.2024, and the injured has not turned up in the trial Court for the
