ORDER

1] They are heard and perused the case diary/challan papers.

2] This is the first bail application filed by the applicant under Section

483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as he / she is implicated in connection with Crime No.262/2025, registered at Police Station Nanpur, District Alirajpur (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 196, 299, 351(3) of the BNSS and Section 5 of M.P. Freedom of Religion Act, 2021.

The applicant is in custody since 23.11.2025.

3] Allegation against the applicant is of trying to convert the complainant to Christianity.

4] Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed and the applicant is a woman aged 42 years and is in jail since 23.11.2025, and there is no criminal antecedents of the applicant.

Counsel has also drawn the attention of this Court to the FIR which was earlier lodged
