ORDER This petition is filed assailing the order dated 23.10.2024 (Annexure P/2) passed by the respondent No.3-Tahsildar whereby the objections filed by the petitioner with respect to demarcation proceedings have been rejected. The petitioner is further aggrieved by order dated 27.06.2025 passed by respondent No.2-Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Tahsil Amarpatan District Maihar (M.P.) whereby his application filed under Section 129(5) of the M.P. Land Revenue Code, 1959 has been dismissed.

2. It is a case of the petitioners that they are joint owners of land bearing Khasra Nos.11/1/1 area 0.3130, 11/1/2 area 0.2010, 11/2 area 0.2990 and 12/1 area 1.620 whereas the respondent No.5 is the owner of land bearing Khasra No.12/2 area 0.948 hectare. The petitioners claim to be in possession of the property since from the time of their forefathers
