2. Appellants are tenants who have lost their case from both the Courts below.

The facts necessary for disposal of present appeal, in short, are that respondent/plaintiff Ganeshilal Bansal filed a suit for eviction pleading inter alia that he is the owner and in possession of a double-storey building.
