ORDER This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashment of the FIR registered as Crime No. 0209/2019 at Police Station Ater, District Bhind (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 34 of the IPC and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

2. As per the prosecution story, the marriage between Petitioner No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 was solemnized on 19-04-2019 according to Hindu rites and customs.
