ORDER This petition has been filed by the petitioner while praying for the following reliefs:

"(i) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari order dated02/06/11 (Annexure P/1) and 15/12/11 (Annexure P/2) be quashed, being contrary to the dictum of Hon’ble High Court (ii) That the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue adirection to the respondents for reinstate to the petitioner in the service on the basis of the original caste certificate issued by the competent authority on10/06/11.

(iii) That the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant any other relief it deems fit and proper."

2. The facts of the case in a nutshell are that the petitioner was appointed as a constable in the C.I.S.F. under the OBC category. After completion of her probation, she was initially posted at C.I.S.F. Unit IGI Airport, New Delhi. At this point, the petitioner's OBC Certi
