1] This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constituon of India seeking the following relief:-

"(a) It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ and set aside the impugned order dated 14.10.2025 passed by the learned III Add. Sessions Judge, Indore (M.P.) in S.T. No. 825/2023.

(b) It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ and Direct the respondents to transfer the undertrial prisoner Mohd. Rizwan alias Rijju from Central Jail, Narsinghpur to Central Jail, Indore in the interest of justice.

(c) Any other writ direction or orders which this Hon’ble Court may deem fitand properin the circumstances of the case."
