"(1) It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to the order dated 24.09.2007 and 14.05.2008 as contended in Annexure P/17 and P/18 and also entire record of the enquiry on the basis of which the said order is passed and may kindly peruse it and quashed order dated 24.09.2007 (P/17) and 14.05.2008 (P/18), in the interest of justice.

(2) Any other relief as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of this case, along with the cost of this writ petition."
