ORDER By way of this petition, challenge is made to the order dated

19.05.2025 passed by the M.P. State Corporative Tribunal in S.A. No.25/2022, whereby the Tribunal has rejected the appeal of the present petitioner by holding the same as abated.

2. The appeal was filed by the petitioner against Munni Devi W/o Babulal Gupta. During pendency of the appeal, Munni Devi died on 06.10.2023 and intimation of her death was given before the Tribunal on 19.10.2023.
