ORDER This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No. 53/2016 registered at Economic Offences Wing, Bhopal for offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC and Section 13(1)(D) r/w 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 against the petitioner and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
