ORDER

1] They are heard and perused the case diary.

2] This is the applicant's fifth bail application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/ Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is implicated in connection with Crime No.130/2024 registered at Police Station Depalpur, District- Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 302, 294, 323/34 of the IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act. The applicant is in custody since 30.4.2024. His fourth bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2025 passed in MCRC.No.46615/2025, with liberty to renew the prayer after the prosecution witness Hariom is examined in the trial Court.
