ORDER

1] This is the first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as he / she is implicated in connection with Crime No.1203/2022, registered at Police Station-Manawar, District-Dhar (MP) for offence punishable under Sections

489-B & 489-C. The applicant is in custody since 26.07.2024.

2] Allegation against the applicant is of his involvement in the aforesaid case of seizure of counterfeit notes from the possession of co- accused Pintu Chouhan and Suraj as 15 notes of Rs. 500/- denomination and 38 notes of Rs.200/- denomination were seized from them and in their disclosure memos, they have stated that the said notes were provided to them by the present applicant and from the present applicant, colour printer, scale cutter, A-size paper etc. have been seized.
