ORDER This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"a. That, the instant petition may kindly be allowed and to direct the Respondent No.1 and Respondent No.2 to remove the hold/freeze imposed on the Bank account of petitioner;

b. That, the cost of instant petition may also be awarded to the petitioner;

c. Issue such other orders, writ, and direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience in favour of the petitioner."
