ORDER Heard finally with the consent of both the parties.

This criminal revision under section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with section 397 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 is preferred being aggrieved by order dated 18.10.2023 (Annexure-P/1) in MJCR No.188/2023 by the 2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Indore whereby name of the petitioner no.2 and 3 / major children of the respondent have been deleted from the array of list of the petitioners in a proceeding filed for maintenance under section 125 of the Cr.P.C., 1973.

2. Facts of the case in brief are that petitioner no.1 was married to respondent on 21.11.1998 at Ratlam (MP). Petitioner No.2 took birth on 12.12.1999 and petitioner no.3 was born on 22.11.2004 at Ratlam and presently both are residing with the petitioner no.1 at Indore separately from the res
