ORDER This is the first application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the applicant for grant of regular bail relating to Crime No.323/2025 registered at Police Station Industrial Area Satlapur, District Raisen for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)(m) of B.N.S. and Section 5l, 6 of POCSO Act. Applicant is in jail since 22.12.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though the age of the prosecutrix is mentioned as 16-years-5-months-22days but infact she was above the age of 18 years. It is further submitted that as per the prosecution case itself, the prosecutrix was in love affair with the applicant as she came into his contact through Instagram.
