The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, being aggrieved by the order dated 14.10.2024 (Annexure P/6) whereby the District Magistrate, Chhindwara, District Chhindwara (MP), has dismissed an application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the SARFAESI Act), on the technical ground that the petitioner has not supplied copies of the documents to the respondent.
