1. Heard on the question of admission.

2. The instant writ petition filed under article 226 of Constitution of India seeks following reliefs:-

"(A) Quash and set aside the impugned order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Sheopur |in Appeal ‘Case No.143/Appeal/2024-25;

B. Quash and set aside the order dated 25.11. 2024 passed by the Tehisildar, Sheopur in Case No. 6/A-68/2024-25 under Section 248 of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959;

C. Quash and set aside the order dated 22.07.2024 passed by the Tehsildar, Sheopur, along with all consequential actions taken pursuant thereto, including the alleged demarcation proceedings dated 19.11.2024;

D. Declare that the petitioner is the lawful owner and peaceful possessor of land bearing Survey No. 375/2, total admeasuring 3 Bigha 13 Biswa, acquired through registered sale deeds dated 04.03
