ORDER This is 8th application filed on behalf of applicant under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of temporary bail/ extension of time to surrender in view of temporary bail granted vide order dated 07.11.2025 passed in M.Cr.C. No.49436/2025.

2. The applicant was taken into custody on 14/11/2024 in connection with Crime No.226 of 2024 registered at P.S. Patan , District-

Jabalpur for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of IPC. 3. Prosecution story in brief is that applicant along with co-accused persons committed murder of one Amrita Thakur.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present applicant remained in custody for a period of about 7-8 months. Earlier vide order dated 07.11.2025 passed in M.Cr.C. No.49436/2025, the present applicant has been granted temporary bail for treatment of his ailin
