This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner calling in question the legality and propriety of the communication dated 23.03.2015 issued by the Government Railway Police, Katni whereby the petitioners were directed to appear before the said police station in connection with Crime No. 44/2012
