ORDER This is first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of B.N.S. 2023 for grant of regular bail relating to Crime/POR No. 14198/03 dated 13.07.2015 registered at Police Station - Tiger Strike Force Narmadapuram, Officer Incharge Forest Range Narmadapuram, District Narmadapuram for the offence punishable under Sections 2(16), 9, 39, 44, 49, 50, 51, 52, 57 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. The applicant is in custody since 02.12.2025.

2. As per case of the prosecution, on an information, forest persons investigated the matter and found the applicant alongwith other co- accused person involved in poaching and trafficking of wild animals, whereon, a case as mentioned above has been registered against the accused persons. The applicant has been found in connection with other co-accused
