Issue notice to the respondents on payment of PF within seven working days.
Notices be made returnable within three weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to an order dated05.05.2026 passed in Writ Petition No.46800/2025, whereby directions were issued to place a report of the Committee after examining the Unipoles / Hoardings installation in breach of M.P. Outdoor Advertisement Media Rules, 2017 to the Commissioner and the Municipal Commissioner, Indore to examine the progress report of the Committee from time to time.
Therefore, on the returnable date, the respondents shall submit with regards to the action taken in pursuant to the aforesaid direction. Moreover, will also verify the breaches of rule in installation of Unipoles on the road divider as well as pedestrian footpath walkway in the city of Indore as produced in Annexure P/2 and Annexure P/3.
