1) The Applicant move the application for condonation of delay under section 5 and 12 of the Limitation Act. The applicant submits in the application that from 01/03/2019 to 19/12/2022 and further also the applicant is bed ridden again due to bad health and was not in position to file appeal against the Order dated 07/11/2019 passed in C.C. No.270/2015 by Hon’ble District Consumer Forum, Bandra Mumbai. It is further submitted by the Applicant that from 22/03/2021 to 15/08/2021 the lockdown was declared, in between applicant had detected Covid-
19 positive and due to other illnesses applicant took long time to recover, hence he could not able to file the above said Appeal in time. The applicant prayed in the application that 1091 days of Delay may be condoned to file the present Appeal.
2) This Commission issued Notice to Respondent on the application for condonation delay. The Respondent appeared and filed their Reply to the application. The Respondent submitted in the reply that Applicant in the present application produce the Sixteen Medical Certificates to get the order of Condonation of delay
