ORDER

1- This appeal arises out of an order dt. L2.0g.2}ll passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum/Commission, Bhadrak in Consumer Complaint No.71 |2OIO.

2- The case of the complainant is that the complainant obtained Group Janata Personal Accident Policy from Opp.Party No.2 vide policy through Golden Multi Services Club of GTFS, Balasore on payment of required premium for a sum assured of Rs.1,00,000/-. During the subsistence of policy, the life assured Aswini Kumar Mula on 29.03.2008 accidentally fell down from a tamarind tree near his residence at Karanpali, Bhadrak, as a result of which, the complainant sustained grievous injuries on his left eye.

Immediately, the complainant was admitted in JMP Rotary Eye Hospital, Cuttack and subsequently admitted in SCB Medical Coilege and Hospital, Cuttack from 06.05.2008 to 08.05.2008. Thereafter, the complainant admitted in L.V.Prasad Hospital, Bhubaneswar where operation was conducted on 07.07.2008 but of no result. Then the complainant went to Ananta Jyoti Eye Hospital on 07.0
